Every day I wake up at same time

hey hi, this is my first time writing this kinda blog.
tbh i just wanted to write on something but i did not find any idea. then i was like lets write where it all started. i mean where my mind starts thinking - that is once u wake up.
so i have built myself a habit. i wake up between 5-6am. no matter when i sleep.
before this i used to wake up around 6-7am too. but i would keep laying in bed until 9am. scrolling phone. thinking random stuff. doing nothing.
imagine starting ur day like this. the whole day feels off. i used to get maybe 3-4 hours of actual work done. that's it.
now things are different.
i wake up. drink water. and go for a 5km run.
yeah 5km. every morning.
at first it was hard. like really hard. my body was like bro what r u doing. but after few weeks it became normal. now if i don't run i feel weird.
the run clears my head. by the time i come back i already feel like i accomplished something. and the day hasn't even started.
then i sit down for work. and i have energy and focus.
it's a small thing. waking up same time. running 5km.
but it really affecting in good way me!
